Planted in 1997 at the high elevations of Moon Mountain Vineyard, our Petit Verdot thrives in a microclimate uniquely suited to this late-ripening variety. Above the fog line, the extended growing season allows this thick-skinned grape to achieve full physiological ripeness, developing the concentration and richness that make this wine so compelling.

The 2023 vintage delivers its signature deep coloration and dense, structured profile, balanced by delicate floral aromatics. Our restrained approach to oak aging allows the authentic character of this often-overlooked Bordeaux variety to take center stage, showcasing why Petit Verdot has earned its place as a distinguished staple in our portfolio.
