A late-summer heat wave led to a strategic early harvest, where meticulous selection resulted in markedly reduced yields but preserved the fruit’s hallmark richness. The resulting wine embraces a more immediately generous personality, offering a plush texture reminiscent of the celebrated 2019 vintage. While this Cabernet Sauvignon maintains the depth and complexity expected of Moon Mountain Vineyard, its approachable nature invites early appreciation while still promising aging potential for more patient oenophiles.
