Pangloss Cellars 2021 Pinot Noir

With ideal terroir including proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the Sonoma Coast has firmly positioned itself at the forefront of New World Pinot Noir. It gained official recognition as an appellation in 1987, but the region has been home to world-class Pinot Noir vineyards since the 1960s. Nestled in the fog among towering old-growth redwoods, the Sonoma Coast is one of the coolest appellations in all of California, which drives the acidity that is the signature of all Pangloss selections. This Burgundy-inspired offering comes from a hidden site whose wines are defined by freshness and minerality.
