E∙S∙P offers a glimpse into the future of Cabernet Sauvignon at Moon Mountain Vineyard. The mountain is home to a multitude of Cabernet Sauvignon clones, each with unique traits nurtured by the distinct micro-terroirs in which they grow. We carefully choose a diverse clonal selection of Cabernet Sauvignon from our Feather, Jennifer, Hooker Creek and Terraces blocks to compose a wine with all the elegance of our best blends.
