Our crisp Sauvignon Blanc is augmented by three companion clones of Sauvignon Musqué, adding dimension to this ageworthy offering. A volcanic ridge near our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard creates shelter from the heat of the afternoon sun, enabling the retention of bright acidity. After fermentation, the wine is carefully stirred on its lees in new and neutral French oak barrels for the enhanced richness and complexity that separate it from its peers.
