Cabernet Sauvignon, Monte Rosso Vineyard

This historic vineyard site has so many amazing qualities including the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon in California. We are fortunate to have Monte Rosso Vineyard as a neighbor and even more privileged to have access to some of these grapes. In one word, this wine is expressive. From the dark garnet color in the glass comes aromas of black currant, plum, cedar and vanilla. The dark fruits continue on the palate along with velvety tannins and a bit of dust and baking chocolate. Aging potential on this highly allocated wine is 15+ years.
