Red Blend

It is an art to create a wine blend. This brilliant example starts with a deep ruby hue lending insight to the aromas and flavors that await. Blackberry, clove, boysenberry, and black tea appear on the nose. After a swirl of the glass the aromas turn to black raspberry, currant and a hint of juniper. Well structured and youthful, this wine offers a whole new set of flavors in the mouth – Bing cherries, baking spices, black raspberries and hints of vanilla. The true art of the blend is that each varietal component offers new layers of scents and flavors, complimenting the other.
